寧靜的心跡 (2) 每天都有新發現


人類的進步,源於對世界真相的不斷探索和發現。這種探索精神,讓我們對未來充滿希望,喜歡嘗試新事物,例如新的菜色、新的環境和體驗。因此,追求新奇成為我們行動的重要目標,有時甚至讓我們忽視身邊的事物。

旅遊的時候,我們總是充滿新鮮感,甚至有很多靈感和新奇的想法。但當旅遊結束,回到日常的生活,我們常常會感到無聊,失去生活的動力。雖然這是正常的,但也是我們經常感到沮喪的原因。透過檢視我們對重複的定義以及對重複的評估,可以找到這個問題的解決方法。

重複意味著沒有變化。生活中的重複也有好處,讓我們對一般事務更為熟悉,並減少犯錯,焦慮和危險的機會。另一方面,重複也意味著機械式和無趣的生活。但事實上,生活不會一成不變。只要我們持續關注,我們每天都能發現新事物,並為習慣生活方式加上新意。

我們可以這樣想。熟悉是好事,但一成不變則不然。這樣我們也看到問題的解決方法。每當覺得無聊或沉悶,我們就作出改變,以便更多新奇有趣的事物出現。改變做事的方式,或增加一些新的環境元素,如藝術、音樂或文學等,舊的東西就會變得新鮮,我們也會從中獲得新的感受和體驗。

雖然每天的心跳頻率都大致相同,但我們仍然會有心跳加速的時刻。生存是一種重複,我們應該珍惜這種重複。然而,生命也是一種不斷的更新,所以我們的意識也必須跟上它的步伐。

觀察自己的心靈以及周圍的事物,我們可以進入一個更深微或更廣闊的世界。透過思考自己與事物的關係,以及事物與事物之間的關係,我們可以不斷提升意識,並發現新的生活方式。

觀察和思考,是對生活永不厭倦的關鍵。首先觀察情緒和行為及其對外界的影響,然後思考我們與外界互動的機制。這可以讓生活變得更充實和有趣,讓我們更深刻地理解生命的價值。

Discovering something new every day


Human progress comes from the continuous exploration and discovery of the truth of the world. This spirit of exploration makes us full of hope for the future and we like to try new things, such as new dishes, new environments and experiences. Therefore, the pursuit of novelty becomes an important goal of our actions, sometimes even making us ignore the things around us.

When traveling, we are always full of freshness and even have a lot of inspiration and novel ideas. But when the trip ends and we return to our daily lives, we often feel bored and lose the motivation to live. While this is normal, it’s also why we often feel frustrated. A solution to this problem can be found by examining our definition of duplication and our assessment of duplication.

Repetition means no variation. Repetition in life also has benefits, making us more familiar with general matters and reducing the chances of mistakes, anxiety, and danger. On the other hand, repetition also means a mechanical and boring life. But the reality is that life doesn't stay the same. As long as we keep paying attention, we can discover new things every day and add new ideas to our habitual lifestyle.

We can think of it this way. Familiarity is good, but sameness is not. This way we also see the solution to the problem. Whenever we feel bored or dull, we make changes so that more new and interesting things can appear. By changing the way we do things, or adding some new environmental elements, such as art, music, or literature, old things will become fresh, and we will get new feelings and experiences from them.

Even though our heart rate is roughly the same every day, we still have moments when our heart races. Survival is a kind of repetition, and we should cherish this repetition. However, life is also a constant renewal, so our consciousness must keep pace with it.

By observing our own minds and the things around us, we can enter a deeper or broader world. By thinking about our relationship with things, and the relationship between things, we can continuously improve our consciousness and discover new ways of living.

Observation and thinking are the keys to never getting tired of life. First observe emotions and behaviors and their impact on the outside world, and then think about the mechanisms by which we interact with the outside world. This can make life more fulfilling and interesting, and give us a deeper understanding of the value of life.
