寧靜的心跡 (2) 每天都有新發現


人類的進步源於對世界真相的不斷探索和發現。這種探索精神,讓我們對未來充滿了希望,也讓我們喜歡嘗試新事物,例如新的菜色、新的環境和體驗

當我們去旅遊,總會覺得耳目一新,甚至靈光一閃,湧現新穎的想法。但當旅遊結束,回到日常的生活,我們常常會感到無聊,並失去生活的動力。雖然這是自然的現象,但也是我們常常情緒低落的原因。透過審視我們對重複的定義,以及對重複的評價,也許就能找到解決問題的方法。

重複是指一成不變。生活中的重複也有好處,例如熟悉度比較高,犯錯的可能性較少,這可以減少焦慮及危險。另一方面,重複也意味著枯燥無趣,活得像一台機器。但實際上,生活不會一成不變,只要用心投入,我們每天都能發現新的東西,也可以在舊的生活方式中加上新意。

我們可以這樣想:熟悉固然好,但一成不變則不然。我們也看到解決問題的方法:只要覺得無聊或沉悶,今天就立即作出改變,讓明天出現更多新奇有趣的事物。改變做事的方式,或增加一些新的環境元素,例如藝術、音樂或文學,那麼舊東西就會變得新鮮,我們也能從中獲得新的感受和體驗。

雖然心跳頻率每天都基本一樣,但我們還是會有心跳加速的時刻。生命是一種重複,我們應該珍惜這種重複,但生命也是一種不斷的更新,因此,我們的思想也要與生命同步

觀察自己的內心以及周遭的事物,可以讓思想進入更深微或更廣闊的世界。思考我們與事物的關係,以及事物與事物之間的關係,思想就能不斷更新,也會發現新的生活方式。

觀察和思考,其實就是永不厭倦生活的一個關鍵。從觀察自己的情緒開始,進而觀察自己的行為及其對外界的影響,然後思考這種影響的機理。這能讓我們的生活更有趣和充實,並更深刻地理解生命的價值。

Discovering something new every day


Human progress stems from the continuous exploration and discovery of the truth about the world. This spirit of exploration fills us with hope for the future, and it also makes us like trying new things, such as new dishes, new environments, and experiences.

When we travel, we always feel refreshed and even have a flash of inspiration and new ideas. But when the trip ends and we return to our daily lives, we often feel bored and lose the motivation to live. Although this is natural, it is also the reason why we often feel depressed. By examining our definition of repetition and evaluation of repetitive, we may be able to find a solution to the problem.

Repetition means staying the same. Repetition in life also has benefits, such as higher familiarity and less likelihood of making mistakes, which can reduce anxiety and danger. On the other hand, repetition also means being dull and not exciting, living like a machine. But in reality, life is not always the same. As long as we put our hearts into it, we can discover something new every day and also add new elements to our old way of life.

We can think of it this way: familiarity is good, but staying the same is not. We also see a solution to the problem: if we feel bored or dull, we should make changes immediately today, so that there will be more new and interesting things tomorrow. By changing the way we do things or adding some elements of new environments, such as art, music, or literature, old things will become fresh, and we can gain new feelings and experiences from them.

Although the heart rate is basically the same every day, we still have moments when our heart beats faster. Life is a kind of repetition, and we should cherish this repetition, but life is also a kind of constant renewal, so our thoughts should be synchronized with life.

Observing our inner selves and the things around us, can allow our mind to enter a deeper or broader world. By thinking about our relationship with things and the relationship between things, our thoughts can be constantly renewed and new ways of living can be discovered.

Observation and thinking are actually the keys to never getting tired of life. Starting from observing our own emotions, then observing our behavior and its impact on the outside world, and then thinking about the mechanism of this impact. This can make our lives more interesting and fulfilling, and provide a deeper understanding of the value of life.
