寧靜的心跡 (5) 成為有意識的人


事後孔明總是來得太晚。如果我們事先有意識地做好準備,事後就不會後悔或自責。其實,僅是後悔或自責是沒有幫助的。我們必須清醒地接受過去的經驗和教訓,然後下定決心去改變。

任何後悔和自責都只是事後的感受,這顯示我們仍然處於一種無意識的狀態中。只有帶著意識去做事,才能避免後悔,因為結果已經在我們的預期之內。生命是意識的載體。因此,當我們時時專注於生活,就能擺脫無意識的狀態。

有足夠的意識,我們就可以及時採取行動,並預測事情的發展方向,從而避免犯錯。因此,有意識地做事,意味著我們的行動是自主和自發的,而不是被外界強迫的。我們不是等待事情發生,而是引導它們來發展。

值得注意的是,行為與意識是密不可分的。如果我們說錯了話,並以口誤來解釋,這只是讓自己舒服的籍口,因為當時不知道如何表達。同樣,當我們生氣時責備別人,也只是在逃避責任,因為當時沒有意識到有問題。

如果某件事影響到我們,也意味著我們對此負有一定的責任。因此,願意承擔責任,就代表我們真心接受結果,並希望找到事情出錯的原因,引導事情朝著更完美的方向發展。在日常生活中,如果我們有意識地做好每一件事,培養高度的自覺性和自我反省能力,就可以提高智慧,承擔更多的責任。

我們必須對自己的生命負責。當我們想要責備或抱怨別人時,就需要運用這個觀念,並及時檢討自己。透過觀察和分析,我們可以受到啟發,並成為有意識的人,更好地保護生命。

Becoming a conscious person


Hindsight always came too late afterwards. If we are consciously prepared beforehand, we will have no regrets or self-blame afterwards. In fact, just regretting or self-blaming is not helpful. We must clearly accept past experiences and lessons, and then make up our minds to change.

Any regrets and self-blame are only feelings afterwards, which shows that we are still in an unconscious state. Only by doing things with awareness can we avoid regrets, because the results are already within our expectations. Life is the carrier of consciousness. Therefore, when we focus on life moment by moment, we can escape from unconscious state.

With enough consciousness, we can take timely action and predict where things are going, so we can avoid making mistakes. Therefore, doing things consciously means that our actions are autonomous and spontaneous, rather than being forced by the outside world. Instead of waiting for things to happen, we guide them to develop.

It is worth noting that behavior and consciousness are inseparable. If we say something wrong and explain it as a slip of the tongue, it is just an excuse to make ourselves comfortable because we don’t know how to express it at that time. Likewise, when we blame others when we are angry, we are simply avoiding responsibility because we did not realize there was a problem at that time.

If something affects us, it also means we have some responsibility for it. Therefore, being willing to take responsibility means that we sincerely accept the results and hope to find the reasons why things went wrong and guide things in a more perfect direction. In daily life, if we consciously do everything well and cultivate a high degree of consciousness and self-reflection ability, we can improve our wisdom and assume more responsibilities.

We must take responsibility for our own lives. When we want to blame or complain about others, we need to use this concept and review ourselves in time. Through observation and analysis, we can be inspired and develop sufficient consciousness and better protect our lives.
