寧靜的心跡(60) 把死亡變成最深度的休息


在生命的旅程中,死亡是一個必經的階段。然而,很多人不敢面對死亡,認為它是一件可怕的事情。對死亡感到恐懼,是因為它代表了一種未知和無法掌控的情況。如果我們能夠正確看待死亡,把它轉化為一個完滿的結局,就能夠避免很多的痛苦和煎熬。

當我們能夠將死亡看作是生命旅程的一個階段,或者是生命的一種變化,它就不再是可怕的事情,而是美好的蛻變。活著的時候,我們總是要為身體健康和生存而操心,但在死亡之後,我們不需要再為這些事情擔心或困擾,而是釋放身體所佔據的物質,讓其他生命從中獲得滋養,並繼續創造新世界。

每一個生命都有它的週期,有開始也有結束。即使死亡是一個結束,但它也是另一個開始。學會接受死亡,我們就能減少很多焦慮,並勇敢地迎接生命週期的最後階段。能夠感激死亡,就代表著我們對生命價值的了解,以及對生命過程的認同,並充份理解死亡的必要性。死亡並非結束一切,而是一切的新開始。在死亡之中,生命可以起始新的循環,並繼續發展下去。

因此,只要我們能夠接受,死亡也可以是一件好事。如果能夠接受死亡,那麼我們就不會再緊張和掙扎,而能享受生命直到最後的一刻。同時,感激死亡能讓我們帶著滿足感,進入一個寧靜的境界,因此生命的旅程就沒有遺憾。當我們跟隨生命的節奏,平靜和放鬆,就能將死亡變成最深度的休息,而不是一個可怕的結束,這樣生命就能完滿。

不再與死亡對抗,意味著我們學會不與生命對抗,更加珍惜和享受生命。所有恐懼的根源都是對死亡的恐懼。一旦接受死亡,我們就能擺脫恐懼,自由自在地生活。

Turn death into the deepest rest


In the journey of life, death is a necessary stage. However, many people are afraid to face death and think of it as a terrible thing. We are feeling  fear of death, because it represents an unknown and uncontrollable situation. If we can view death correctly and transform it into a perfect conclusion, we can avoid a lot of suffering and torment.

When we can see death as a stage in the journey of life, or a change in life, it is no longer a terrible thing, but a beautiful transformation. While we are alive, we are always concerned about our physical health and survival, but after death, we no longer need to worry or trouble by these things, instead, we release the material occupied by our body, allowing other life forms to gain nourishment from it, and continue to create a new world.

Every life has its cycle, with a beginning and an end. Even though death is an end, it is also a new beginning. By learning to accept death, we can reduce a lot of anxiety and bravely embrace the last stage of the life cycle. Being grateful for death means that we identify with the value of life, and also fully understand the process of life and the necessity of death. Death is not the end of everything, but the beginning of everything. In death, life can begin a new cycle, and continue its development.

So, as long as we can accept it, death can also be a good thing. If we can accept death, then we will no longer be nervous and struggling, but able to enjoy life until the last moment. At the same time, being grateful for death can allow us to enter a tranquil realm with a sense of satisfaction, so that the journey of life has no regrets. When we follow the rhythm of life, calm and relaxed, we can turn death into the deepest rest, not a terrible end, then life can be complete and fulfilled.

No longer fighting against death means that we learn not to fight against life, but to cherish and enjoy life more. The root of all fear is the fear of death. Once we accept death, we are free from fear and can live freely and at ease.
