寧靜的心跡(62) 心理平衡帶來健康


對於身心健康、個人成長和發展,心理平衡非常重要。當我們處於心理平衡的狀態,對自我會有更好的處理能力,能更有效地解決生活中遇到的問題,進而減少身體的患病風險。如果長時間心理不平衡,我們就會處於壓力和焦慮的狀態,分泌更多的壓力荷爾蒙,進而破壞身體內部的平衡,出現失眠、胃痛等問題。

心理平衡的一個重要標誌是"無我"。無我不是指忘掉自己,而是把那些虛假的自己全部去除,讓我們從自我的禁錮中解放出來。我們的自我是在不安中養成的,它習慣了動盪和焦慮。因此,在一個和平的環境中,自我不僅無效,反而變成束縛我們的繩索。

自我使人產生控制欲,而且自以為是。但我們無法操控世界,自以為是只會經常犯錯。自我也讓我們喜歡算計,以為世事總能計算清楚。但無論怎樣算計,我們都算不出愛的份量,也算不到自己如此需要愛。這種無力感很容易導致心理不平衡。

情感和理智構成真心。我們的真心不想被操控,也不想費力去算計,所以我們需要愛。在真愛中,所有事情都出於善意,能讓我們感到輕鬆和喜悅。正是因為愛體現了真誠和善意,使它成為生命中最美好和最重要的東西。

雖然愛能讓我們自由,但我們的自我對愛卻毫無興趣。它們傾向於執著和控制,因為這些才是它們存在的基礎。可見自我不僅違背生命,還會使生命落入危險之中。沒有愛,我們會麻木,甚至產生恨。這會導致心理疾病,無法守護生命的利益,從而損害我們的身體,並縮短壽命。

時刻關注自己的真正需要,並真誠地與世界互動,保持平靜的心態。不為任何對生命無益的東西所感動,這就是無我的表現。當我們產生情緒,需要立即警覺自我的存在,把關注點從習慣和想像移回自己的真實生命。

多剖析自己的情緒,有助於擺脫自我,讓我們更容易看到自己的需要。如果太冷漠,我們就需要培養情感。如果缺乏理智,就需要勤於學習和思考。如果有很多習慣,就需要把它們逐一去除。這樣,我們就能逐漸擺脫自我,讓自己的真心得以顯現。

當豐富的情感結合了強大的理智,心理平衡就有了保證,我們的真正需要就更容易得到滿足。擺脫自我,把重心放在現實生活中,我們才能擁有健康愉快的身心,從而實現真愛。這是生命的最高價值。

Mental balance leads to health


Mental balance is important for physical and mental health, personal growth and development. When we are in a state of mental balance, we will have a better ability to deal with our egos and can solve the problems we encounter in life more effectively, thus reducing the risk of physical disease. If we are mentally unbalanced for a long time, we will be in a state of stress and anxiety and secrete more stress hormones, which will destroy the internal balance of the body and cause problems such as insomnia and stomach pain.

An important sign of psychological balance is "no-egos". No-egos does not mean forgetting oneself, but removing all those false selves, freeing us from the confinement of the egos. Our ego is nurtured in insecurity, accustomed to turbulence and anxiety. Therefore, in a peaceful environment, the ego is not only ineffective but also becomes a rope that binds us.

Ego makes people want to be controlling and self-righteous. But we cannot control the world, and self-righteousness will often make mistakes. The ego also makes us like calculations, thinking that everything in the world can always be calculated. But no matter how we calculate, we cannot calculate the weight of love, nor can we calculate that we need love so much. This feeling of powerlessness can easily lead to mental imbalance.

Emotion and reasoning constitute sincerity. Our sincerity does not want to be manipulated, nor does it want to work hard to calculate, so we need love. In true love, everything is done with kindness and makes us feel relaxed and joyful. It's precisely because true love embodies sincerity and kindness that it becomes the most beautiful and significant thing in life.

Although love sets us free, our ego has no interest in love. They tend to be obsessed and controlling because these are fundamental to their existence. Without love, we become numb, and even hatred arises. This can lead to mental illness, and unable to protect the interests of life, thus damaging our bodies and shortening our lifespan.

Always pay attention to your true needs and interact with the world sincerely to maintain a peaceful mind. Not being moved by anything that is not beneficial to life, this is the expression of no-egos. When we have emotions, we need to immediately be alert to the existence of egos and shift our focus from habits and imagination back to our real life.

Analyzing our emotions more helps us to get rid of the self, making it easier for us to see our own needs. If we are too indifferent, we need to cultivate emotions. If we lack rationality, we need to be diligent in learning and thinking. If we have many habits, we need to eliminate them one by one. In this way, we can gradually get rid of the egos and let our sincerity emerge.

When rich emotions are combined with strong reason, mental balance is ensured, and our true needs are more likely to be satisfied. Only by getting rid of egos and focusing on real life can we have a healthy and happy body and mind, thereby realizing true love. This is the highest value of life.
