保持心理平衡,就如同為身體鋪就了一條健康之路。然而,這條路的關鍵在於我們如何面對本能、情緒和習慣的糾纏。正是這些糾結,讓我們的內心一直處於動盪的狀態。因此,心理平衡的一個重要體現,就是實踐"無我"。
這裡的"無我"並非完全否定自我的存在,而是承認自我的虛幻,有意識地去除那些源自於恐懼和社會期待的虛假自我,從而使真正的自我得到解放。虛假的自我倚賴欲望和算計,習慣於生活在焦慮和不安之中。無論是追求無瑕的完美,或是試圖操縱每個細節來尋求安全感,這種習慣常常會讓人身心疲憊。例如,有些人在工作中總想掌控一切,結果壓力很大,最終影響了工作效率和健康;同樣,在家庭教育中,父母對孩子未來的過度干預,往往只會激起孩子的逆反心理,讓自己感到無能為力。
虛假的自我根植於算計和控制。它讓我們誤以為一切都可以被準確地預測和安排,但人際關係和情感的真實性,甚至是自身和環境,卻無法以這種方式量化。當我們依賴這種控制欲時,不僅無法掌握未來的變數,也更容易陷入焦慮和失落之中,進一步破壞心理平衡。

因此,要達到心理平衡,我們首先要學會放下虛假的自我。真誠地與世界互動,專注於我們內心的感受,不要讓自己的情緒和思想受到對生活無益的事物的影響。這要求我們在日常生活中警惕情緒的出現,並且快速辨識並打斷習慣性的反應。當我們感到焦慮,可以透過深呼吸、正念冥想等方法,將注意力拉回真實的身體感受上,穩定內心的波動。這些簡單的技巧是擺脫自我束縛、走向"無我"境界的重要步驟。
另一方面,我們也要剖析自己:分析自己的本能、情緒、以及累積的習慣,認識那些真正有益於生命的需求。如果發現自己缺乏情感表達,我們可以嘗試多參與社交活動或慈善活動,培養同理心和連結感;如果缺乏理性,我們不妨透過閱讀心理學書籍、參加研討會等方式來提高自我意識和批判性思維;如果過於沉迷於某些習慣,就需要嘗試用有意識的行動來取代它們,從而逐漸建立健康的行為模式。歸根究底,打破一切習慣,有意識地生活,才是真正的"無我"。
真正的自我意識能夠將豐富的情感與清晰的理性融為一體,從而確保我們的心理平衡。當面對生活中的挑戰,我們能夠用冷靜的理性去分析問題,用真誠的情感去與別人溝通。這使我們更容易做出全面、成熟的決策,並保護自己的真正利益。透過放下虛假的自我,並將注意力重新集中到現實生活中,我們的真正需求將更容易得到滿足。這不僅讓我們擁有健康的身心,也讓我們在愛和連結中找到生命的價值。

In the ever-changing challenges of modern life, mental balance is not only a spiritual need, but also an important foundation for maintaining physical health. When we are in a state of psychological balance, we are able to respond to emotional fluctuations with calm and clear thinking, effectively solve various problems in life, and significantly reduce the risk of physical illness caused by stress and anxiety.
Being in a state of psychological imbalance for a long time can easily cause harm to our body: excessive secretion of stress hormones can disrupt the internal harmony of the body and cause short-term symptoms such as insomnia, stomach pain, and fatigue. If things go on like this for a long time, it may cause cardiovascular disease, immune system disease, diabetes, etc.
Maintaining mental balance is like paving a healthy road for the body. However, the key to this path lies in how we face the entanglement of instincts, emotions and habits. It is these entanglements that keep our hearts in a state of turmoil. Therefore, an important manifestation of psychological balance is to practice "selflessness".
The "selflessness" here does not mean completely denying the existence of the self, but rather acknowledging the illusion of the self and consciously removing the false self that stems from fear and social expectations, thereby liberating the true self. The false self relies on desires and calculations, and is accustomed to living in anxiety and uneasiness. Whether it's the pursuit of flawless perfection or trying to manipulate every detail to seek a sense of security, this habit often makes people physically and mentally exhausted. For example, some people always want to be in control of everything at work, which results in a lot of pressure, which ultimately affects their work efficiency and health; similarly, in family education, parents' excessive intervention in their children's future will often only arouse their children's rebellious psychology and make themselves feel powerless.
The false self is rooted in calculation and control. It tricks us into thinking that everything can be accurately predicted and scheduled, but the reality of relationships and emotions cannot be quantified in this way. When we rely on this desire for control, we not only fail to grasp future variables, but are also more likely to fall into anxiety and loss, further destroying our psychological balance.
In stark contrast to the false self is the true consciousness deep within us, which is our real self. The true self does not want to be manipulated or calculated by the outside world, but instead desires to establish a deep connection with the outside world and pursue true understanding and mutual care. When we open our hearts and accept everything in life, our true self will emerge. In this way, whether it is the support of parents to their children, the tolerance between partners, or the companionship between friends, we can gain great emotional and spiritual nourishment. True love symbolizes pure kindness. It not only provides us with social support, but also helps to enhance psychological resilience and happiness, and reduce anxiety and depression.
On the contrary, the false self’s indifference to life and rejection of love often traps us in a vicious cycle of control and obsession. Excessive pursuit of career or other external achievements while neglecting emotional communication will eventually make us numb, even breed hatred and cause mental illness, thus endangering our overall health. It can be seen that the false self is not only an obstacle to growth, but may even become the opposite of our lives.
Therefore, to achieve psychological balance, we must first learn to let go of our false self. Interact with the world sincerely, focus on our inner feelings, and don't let our emotions and thoughts be affected by things that are not beneficial to life. This requires us to be alert to the emergence of emotions in our daily lives and to quickly identify and interrupt habitual reactions. When we feel anxious, we can use methods such as deep breathing and mindfulness meditation to bring our attention back to the real physical sensations and stabilize our inner fluctuations. These simple techniques are important steps toward breaking free from the constraints of the self and moving toward a state of "selflessness".
On the other hand, we also need to analyze ourselves: analyze our instincts, emotions, and accumulated habits, and recognize those needs that are truly beneficial to life. If we find that we lack emotional expression, we can try to participate in more social or charity activities to cultivate empathy and a sense of connection; if we lack rationality, we might as well improve our self-awareness and critical thinking by reading psychology books, attending seminars, etc.; if we are too addicted to certain habits, we need to try to replace them with conscious actions, so as to gradually establish healthy behavior patterns.
True self-awareness is the ability to blend rich emotions with clear rationality, thus ensuring our psychological balance. When faced with challenges in life, we can analyze problems with calm rationality and communicate with others with sincere emotions. By letting go of our false self and refocusing our attention on real life, our real needs will be more easily met.
