在動盪不安的環境中,我們總是在積極和消極之間徘徊。積極地生活,危險自然會增加。但消極和被動,我們就會缺乏活力,感受不到生命的喜悅。面對生活的危機和考驗,如何積極生活同時又避免危險,已經成為我們的重要課題。唯有加緊鍛鍊,讓身心變得更靈活,我們才能在風暴中保持平靜,處變不驚。

隨著年齡增長,我們身體的反應速度也逐漸變慢。這時候,我們更需要通過不同的方式來鍛鍊自己,讓心理適應身體的變化,讓理智繼續有效地指揮行動。這種鍛鍊不僅要包括身體活動,更要注重心理訓練。我們可以透過閱讀和寫作,提高自己的意識水平以及思考能力。這樣也能讓我們的大腦在日間更活躍地創造新想法,在晚間更平靜地組織記憶,有助於控制情緒,並提高解決問題的效率。

這種鍛鍊應該不拘一格,我們可以散步、跳舞、做家務或彈鋼琴。在鍛鍊過程中,太緊張或太鬆弛都不可取。我們需要在各種姿勢中保持平衡,並留意呼吸和力量的協調。重點在於軀幹和四肢的靈活度,以及有意識地控制身體,並進行心理調整。鍛鍊的目的,是將身體的靈活內化為心靈的自由,形成積極的生活態度。我們的意識必須充份參與,才能達到這種效果。因此,做出每個動作之前,我們都需要思考其目的,並尋求改進的方法。

透過有意識地鍛鍊,我們可以保持平靜和專注,讓身體靈活,情緒流動,從而提高應對危機的能力。例如,跳舞可以讓我們專注於每一個動作,不介意別人的目光。彈鋼琴讓我們更好地協調左右手,並自主地抒發感情。這意味著我們身心和諧一致,不僅能夠做出各種動作,在困難面前也更有勇氣和樂觀。當遇到疾病或挫折時,我們能夠以靈活的身心去應對,積極主動地化解問題。

最重要的是,這種鍛鍊讓我們更加了解自己。透過觀察自己的動作和感受,我們可以認識自己的行為特徵,從而用意識代替習慣,培養自信。例如,當觀察到自己的姿勢不正確,我們可以及早糾正,這樣就會對自己的體態更有信心。或者,當感到身體某些部位不舒服,我們也可以及早改變生活習慣。此外,當需要別人幫助時,我們也能更清楚地表達自己的需求,並建立良好的合作關係。

因此,讓身心變得更靈活,是在增加身體靈活度的同時,提高意識和心理適應能力。透過這種方法,我們可以將情感與理智結合起來,培養自由的心靈,實現真正的自主行動。這使我們在任何環境中,都更容易選擇積極的生活,無拘無束。當身心變得更靈活,我們就能勇敢地接受考驗,並以智慧去克服困難,從而活出充實豐盛的人生。

Making the body and mind more flexible


In turbulent environments, we always hover between being positive and negative. Living positively, the dangers naturally increase. But being  negative and passive, we will lack vitality and not feel the joy of life. Facing the crises and tests of life, how to live positively while avoiding danger has become an important topic for us. Only by intensifying our exercise and making our body and mind more flexible can we remain calm in the storm and be unafraid of change.

As we age, our body's reaction speed gradually slows down. At this time, we need to exercising ourselves in different way to adapt our minds to the changes in our bodies and let reason continue to effectively command actions. This kind of exercise should not only include physical activities but also focus on mental training. We can improve our consciousness level and thinking ability through reading and writing. This also allows our brains create new thoughts more actively during the day and organize memories more calmly at night, which helps to control the emotions and increase the efficiency of problem-solving.

This kind of exercise should be eclectic. We can walk, dance, do housework, or play the piano. During exercise, it is not advisable to be too tense or too relaxed. We need to maintain balance in various postures and pay attention to the coordination of breathing and strength. The focus is on the flexibility of the trunk and limbs, as well as the conscious control of the body and psychological adjustment. The purpose of exercise is to internalize the flexibility of the body into the freedom of the mind and form a positive attitude towards life. Our consciousness must be fully engaged to achieve these effects. Therefore, before making each movement, we need to think about its purpose and seek ways to improve it.

Through conscious exercise, we can maintain calm and focus, make the body flexible, emotions flow, and thus improve the ability to cope with crises. For example, dancing can make us focus on every movement and not mind the eyes of others. Playing piano allows our left and right hands to cooperate better and express emotions autonomously. This means that our body and mind are in harmony, not only can we make various movements, but we also have more courage and optimism in the face of difficulties. When encountering illness or setbacks, we can respond with a flexible body and mind, proactively resolve problems.

Most importantly, this kind of exercise allows us to understand ourselves better. Through observing our own movements and feelings, we can recognize our behavioral characteristics, thereby replacing habits with consciousness and cultivating self-confidence. For example, when we observe that our postures are incorrect, we can correct them early, so we will have more confidence in our posture. Or, when we feel uncomfortable in some parts of our body, we can also change our lifestyle early. In addition, when we need help from others, we can express our needs more clearly and establish good cooperative relationships.

Therefore, making the body and mind more flexible is about improving consciousness and psychological adaptability while increasing the flexibility of body. Through this method, we can combine emotion and reason, cultivate a free mind, and achieve truly autonomous actions. This allows us to choose a positive life more easily in any environment, unrestricted. When the body and mind become more flexible, we can bravely accept tests, overcome difficulties with wisdom, and live a fulfilling and abundant life.
