寧靜的心跡(118) 讓意識主宰心靈


當面臨困難或不確定的時候,我們常常會變得越來越緊張,陷入焦慮的狀態。我們沒有意識到自己經常處於繃緊的狀態,甚至逐漸忘記放鬆的感覺,直到身體出現問題,才醒悟自己正處於一種不健康的狀態。

這是因為自我佔據著我們的內心。自我本質上是一種慣性思維,經常以主觀假設替代客觀事實,或將一些信息作負面的解讀,放大險情,進而淹沒理智,讓我們陷入情緒化的深淵,使問題變得更加嚴重。在這種情況下,我們必須找到緩解緊張情緒的方法,釋放壓力。

在自我的控制下,我們的心無法柔軟和放鬆,導致人際關係諸多猜疑和衝突,引起情緒低落和沮喪。自我就是一種自以為是的病態心理,實際上是意識的缺乏。當自我想像自己受了傷,我們的生命就會被這個偏見所傷害。

要讓自己活得舒適,就必須讓意識主宰心靈,這意味著我們要了解自己的真正需求和目標,保持專注,每時每刻都朝著目標前進。能夠獨立思考,不被情緒和欲望蒙蔽,同時也能獨立作出決定和行動,表明我們具備足夠的意識,能積極地利用自己的創造力。

能與真實保持一致,才是健全的意識。擁有這種意識,我們能卸除了內心的壓力,擺脫一切習慣,開放思維並敢於行動。我們將注意力集中在此時此地,發揮更多覺知,成為自己生命的守護者。

當意識主宰心靈,我們能誠懇地交流,真切地表達自己的需要。能全面地了解環境,並放心地行動,會讓我們顯得更加優雅。意識時刻在場,我們就會有充份的自信,並把握自己的情感和想法,減少顧慮並增加對別人的信賴,從而消除緊張的情緒。

如果對世界充滿信賴,我們就不會感到焦慮。能像綻放的花朵那樣悠然自得,就能擁有穩定的情緒。這樣,我們就能與別人建立緊密相連的關係,充份體驗生活的美好。

當身心得到安頓,意識也會到達新的高度,情感和理智都會更健康地發展,讓我們過著穩定、和諧的生活。豐盛的人生,最終的收穫不是物質、名譽或地位,甚至不是感情和關係,這些只是意識發展的副產物。我們的終極需要,是健全和客觀的意識,只有它能讓我們感到自由自在。

The path to Tranquility (118) Let consciousness dominate the heart


When we face difficulties or uncertainties, we often become more and more nervous and fall into a state of anxiety. We don't realize that we are often in a tense state, we even gradually forget the feeling of relaxation, and until something goes wrong with our body, we realize that we are in an unhealthy state.

This is because ego occupies our hearts. The ego is essentially a kind of inertial thinking, often replacing objective facts with subjective assumptions or interpreting some information negatively, amplifying danger, and submerging reason, and making us fall into an emotional abyss, making the problem more serious. In this case, we must find ways to relieve tension and release stress. 

Under the control of the ego, our hearts cannot be soft and relaxed, leading to many suspicions and conflicts in interpersonal relationships, causing depression and frustration. The ego is a self-righteous and pathological psychology, which is actually a lack of consciousness, when the ego imagines that it is hurt, our lives will be hurt by this prejudice.

In order to live comfortably, we must let consciousness dominate the mind, which means that we must understand our true needs and goals, stay focused, and move toward our goals every moment. Being able to think independently, not being blinded by emotions and desires, and being able to make decisions and take actions independently, indicates that we have sufficient consciousness and can actively utilize our creativity.

Being consistent with reality is a sound consciousness. With this consciousness, we can relieve the pressure in our hearts, get rid of all habits, open up our minds, and dare to act. We focus our attention on the present moment, exert more awareness, and become guardians of our own lives.

When consciousness dominates the mind, we can communicate sincerely and express our needs truly. Being able to fully understand our environment and act with confidence will make us appear more graceful. With consciousness present at all times, we will have full self-confidence and control our emotions and thoughts, reduce concerns and increase trust in others, thus eliminating nervousness.

If we have full trust in the world, we will not feel anxious. Being as leisurely as a blooming flower can enable us to have stable emotions. In this way, we can establish close relationships with others and fully experience the beauty of life.

When the body and mind are settled, consciousness will also reach new heights, and emotions and reason will develop more healthily, enabling us to lead a stable and harmonious life. The ultimate gain of a rich life is not material, reputation or status, or even emotions and relationships, all these are just by-products of the development of consciousness. Our ultimate need is a sound and objective consciousness, which alone can make us feel free and at ease.
