寧靜的心跡(122) 真正的平靜


在生活中我們常常感到壓力和緊張,好像無法享受到平靜。真正的平靜不是死氣沉沉、毫無活力的狀態,而是在忙碌的生活中,保持內心的平衡與和諧。

平靜有兩個層次,第一層是通過冥想、運動或專注於其他事物,來達到內心的平衡。第二層則是無需倚靠任何努力,在日間將意識與現實深深地連結,晚上讓意識進入夢幻的世界。我們必須打好第一層的基礎,才能進入真正的平靜。

第一層的平靜,是一種心理暗示。通過調整呼吸並理順思緒,讓身體放松、情緒穩定。這是鍛鍊深度意識所需要的準備,讓我們對自己和環境作全面的了解。

經過一段時間的練習,我們就可以進入第二層。此時我們的心已經放鬆,放下了內在的努力,幾乎所有行動都由意識來指揮。這種平靜源於對生命的關注和熱愛,讓我們感受到無比的喜悅,是一種美好而深刻的體驗。

我們通常只了解自己的表面,用很多身份去定義自己,卻把片面的東西當成全部。其實我們的內心很像一座巨大的冰山。要開發我們內心的潛能,就必須讓冰浮出水面。首先要將水面上的冰溶化,匯入廣闊海洋,慢慢地水下的冰也會浮到水面。

當我們的意識清晰明朗,能融入整體意識之中,就創造出真正的平靜。這是因為我們對繁雜的世事有了充份的掌握,讓生活變得相對簡單。正是這種對自己生命的掌控感,讓我們感到真正的平靜。

因此,真正的平靜不僅是一種心境,更是一種生活方式。透過學習放鬆、調節心態和培養意識,我們更熱愛生活,讓自己安頓在當下,感受生命的美好以及寧靜的奇妙。

The path to Tranquility (122) The true peace


We often feel stressed and nervous in life, as if we cannot enjoy peace. True peace is not a lifeless and inactive state, but maintaining inner balance and harmony in a busy life.

There are two levels of peace. The first level is to achieve inner balance through meditation, exercise or focusing on other things. The second level is without relying on any effort, to deeply connect the consciousness with reality during the day, and allow the consciousness to enter the dream world at night. We must lay the first level of foundation before we can enter true peace.

The first level of peace is a form of mental suggestion. By adjusting our breathing and organizing our thoughts, we can relax our body and stabilize our emotions. This is the preparation necessary for exercising deep consciousness, enabling us to have a comprehensive understanding of ourselves and our environment.

After a period of practice, we can enter the second level. At this point, our mind have already relaxed, putting down inner effort, and almost all actions are commanded by consciousness. This kind of peace stems from attention and love for life, allowing us to feel extremely joyful. it is a beautiful and profound experience.

We usually only know ourselves superficially, using many identities to define ourselves, but taking one-sided things as the entirety. In fact, our inner self is like a huge iceberg. To develop our inner potential, we must let the ice float to the surface. First, we need to melt the ice on the water surface and merge it into the vast ocean. Slowly, the underwater ice will float to the surface.

When our consciousness is clear and integrated into the overall consciousness, it creates true peace. This is because we have a complete grasp of the complex world, making life relatively simple. It is this sense of control over our own life that enables us to feel true peace.

Therefore, true peace is not only a state of mind but also a way of life. Through learning to relax, adjust our mentality and cultivate our consciousness, we become more fond of life, settle ourselves in the present, and feel the beauty of life and the wonder of tranquility.
