寧靜的心跡 (14) 活得自在全靠意識


活著是一個從過去走到未來的過程。例如踏出一步,從起步到落地,我們就跨越了一段時間和空間,這個時空包括了過去、現在和未來。能夠輕鬆地完成這一步,有賴於之前步行積累的知識,以及對路面情況的預測。實際上,每走一步都與我們的意識密不可分,如果走得輕鬆,不僅能給人優雅的印象,我們也會感到自在。

活得自在,就是有意識地享受當下的生活。接受過去,意味著我們已經從過去學到很多東西,因此心懷感激。不擔心未來,意味著我們信賴自己的能力,充滿信心。由於感激和信賴,我們不必過多地計劃未來,而可以更多地關注當下,充份地體驗此刻的感受。因此,活得自在體現了我們真實存在,瀰漫著一種真我意識的氛圍。

過往的痕跡已經不再重要,我們只需過好今天,明天自然會帶來不同的陽光,也會留下新的腳印。擁有這樣的心態,我們已經準備好接受生命帶來的一切。沒有執著和恐懼,我們自然會獲得更多自覺性和自發性,成為一個更具創造力的存在。

看看早晨的花朵,無憂無慮地綻放,這是一種自在。那邊的貓兒在看風景,安靜而專注,那也是一種自在。自然的生命都是自在的,因為他們都活在當下。但如果我們被執著和恐懼壓迫內心,就會不知道自己活在哪裡,也許活在過去或未來,但卻不能自由地穿梭在過去與未來之間。

因此活得自在還需要真正的自由。理解自己的內心,知道自己的需求,為活得更好而生活,這樣我們才能有自由的心靈。只有解放心靈我們才能創造更美好、更舒適的環境,並有意識地保持健康飲食,從而減少疾病,提高身體的自由度

要實現活得自在的目標,我們需要做好準備,努力地學習和思考,積極累積財富,為美好的生活創造精神與物質條件。活在當下的意識之中,活得自在,我們就有了真正意義上的自由和幸福。

The path to Tranquility (14) Living at ease depends on consciousness


Living is a process from the past to the future. For example, taking a step, from the start to the landing, we span a period of time and space. This time and space includes the past, present and future. Being able to accomplish this step easily relies on the knowledge accumulated from previous walks and the prediction of road conditions. In fact, every step we take is inseparable from our consciousness, if we walk easily, not only can we give a graceful impression, but we also feel at ease.

Living at ease is consciously enjoying the present life. Accepting the past means that we have learned a lot from the past, so we are grateful. Not worrying about the future means that we are relying on our abilities and are full of confidence. With gratitude and reliance, we don't need to plan for the future too much, but can focus more on the present moment and fully experience  the feelings of the moment. Therefore, living at ease embodies our true existence and is permeated with an atmosphere of our true self-consciousness.

The traces of the past are no longer important, we just need to live well today, and tomorrow will naturally bring different sunshine and leave new footprints. With this mindset, we are ready to accept everything that life brings. Without attachments and fears, we will naturally gain more consciousness and spontaneity, becoming a more creative existence.

Look at the flowers in the morning, blooming carefree, this is a kind of ease. The cat over there is watching the scenery, quiet and focused, that is also a kind of ease. Natural lives are free because they live in the present. But if we are oppressed by attachment and fear, we will not know where we are living. perhaps living in the past or the future, but we cannot freely shuttle between the past and the future.

Therefore, living at ease also requires true freedom. Understanding our thoughts, knowing our needs, living for a better life, then we can have a free mind. Only by liberating the mind, can we create a better and more comfortable environment, and consciously maintain a healthy diet, thereby reducing diseases and improving the freedom of the body.

To achieve the goal of living at ease, we need to be prepared, make efforts to learn and think, actively accumulate wealth, and create spiritual and material conditions for a better life. Living in the consciousness of the present moment, living at ease, we have the true meaning of freedom and happiness.
