寧靜的心跡(30) 放下心中的一切


要擁有一個寧靜的心境,首先需要放下心中的一切,包括慣性思維、生活習慣、不切實際的想像和欲望。成長就是一個不斷地放下、不斷清掃自己內心的過程。如果不能放下,那意味著過去的感受仍然影響我們的行為,使我們無法守護自己當下的利益,因此心境無法平靜。

只有放下心中的一切,我們才能到達寧靜的境界,體驗生命最美妙的時刻。在這個時刻,我們從小培養起來的自我亦已消退,只留下單純的本質。我們在此刻才是真正的自己,敏銳的感覺加上一個純粹為生命著想的意識,輕鬆而靈活,自由自在。

放下一切,成為真正的智慧生命,我們就能打破千萬年來束縛身心的枷鎖。無懼痛苦與死亡的威嚇,不受欲望的引誘,確立生命的真正目標,並實現自己的價值。

對自我來說,放下一切即是空無,它本身也不能存在了,所以它害怕放下。但對生命來說,放下卻能獲得更充裕的時間,以及一個更寬敞的空間。無盡、清新、明朗,自由。

不要害怕,放下並非失去,而是把不必要的包袱卸在路邊。習慣使我們停滯不前,欲望使我們走向虛幻,這些都是人生旅途上巨大的障礙。卸下這些重擔,我們就能從煩惱中解脫,變得更有創造力,從而創造出更健康和豐富的人生,也為子孫後代創造更舒適的環境。

放下心中的一切,意味著放下過去經歷帶來的感受,包括由於想像未來而產生的興奮或恐懼,這些都已經過去。放下過去,我們就能專注於當下的體驗,並思考當下發生的事情,究竟對生命是有利還是有害。

體驗和思考,吸收當下的精華並形成意識,這不僅是享受生命的最佳途徑,也是孕育美好未來的唯一方式。即使我們珍惜過去,也必須體現在對當下的熱愛,以及對建設未來的熱情上。因此,放下心中的一切,讓過去成為真正的過去,讓未來變成美好的現在,我們才無愧於大自然給予的生命。

Growth is a continuous process of letting go and constantly cleaning our inner selves. If we cannot let go, it means that past feelings still affect our behavior, making it difficult for us to protect our current interests, and therefore our mindset cannot be calm.

Only by letting go of everything within us can we reach a state of tranquility and experience the most wonderful moments of life. At this moment, the ego we have cultivated since childhood has also faded, leaving only the pure essence. We are truly ourselves at this moment, with keen senses and a consciousness that is purely for the sake of life, relaxed and flexible, free and easy.

By letting go of everything and becoming a truly intelligent being, we can break the shackles that have bound our body and mind for thousands of years. Be free from the threat of pain and death, and not be tempted by desires, establish the true goal of life, and realize our own value.

For the ego, letting go of everything means nothingness, and it can no longer exist, so it is afraid of letting go. But for life, letting go can lead to more abundant time and a more spacious space. Endless, fresh, bright and free.

Do not be afraid, letting go is not losing, but unloading unnecessary baggage by the roadside. Habits make us stagnant and desires lead us to illusions. These are huge obstacles on the journey of life. By unloading these burdens, we can be liberated from worries, become more creative, and create a healthier and more abundant life, and also create a more comfortable environment for future generations.
