寧靜的心跡 (7) 我們有笑的理由

笑有理由，任何事的發生都有原因，也就是我們想要的理由。三個月大的嬰兒已經懂得笑了，但我們卻經常愁眉苦臉。沒有理由笑嗎？我們來到世間，本來就是一件幸運的事，這已經是笑的最大理由了。

人生路上有風和日麗，也有狂風驟雨，更有困難和挫折，但只要我們能有感受，生命就已經值得。而且，不但能有感受，還能有智慧，能隱約知道事物變化的趨勢。我們是一種有意識的生命，所以能以笑來面對世間的一切。

只要我們有信賴，笑很容易，但我們總是焦慮不安，因此無法笑。基於禮貌或職業，我們會假笑，但假笑是一種壓抑，經常扮小丑更容易患上抑鬱。假笑對別人沒有益處。一個不快樂的人，很難令別人真正快樂的。笑得不真，反而會讓人討厭。

內心有喜悅，我們就能笑得真。仔細觀察世間萬物，敞開心扉去感受，我們就會發現很多美好的事物，值得以笑容去面對。當感受到真愛，我們笑容更會無可比擬的美好。

拋開焦慮和煩惱，培養寧靜的心靈，為生命的美好而活。那麼，我們便能擁有更多笑的理由，進入一個前所未有的笑的境界。

We have reasons to smile

There are reasons to smile, everything happens for a reason, and that reason is what we want. Three-month-old babies already know how to smile, but we often look sad. No reason to smile? Coming into the world is already a lucky thing for us, and that is the biggest reason to smile.

Along the journey of life, there are sunny days, and also stormy days, more difficulties and setbacks, but as long as we can feel it, life is already worth it. Moreover, not only can we have feelings, we can also have wisdom, and can vaguely know the trend of changes in things. We are conscious beings, so we can face everything in the world with a smile.

If we have reliance, smiling is easy, but we are always anxious and therefore unable to smile. Based on politeness or profession, we may fake a smile, but fake smiles are a form of repression, and often playing the clown is more likely to suffer from depression. Fake smiles are not beneficial to others. A person who is not happy is difficult to make others truly happy. Smiling insincerely will even make people repulsive.

When there is joy in our hearts, we can smile sincerely. Observe everything in the world carefully, feel it with an open heart, we will discover many beautiful things, which are worth facing with a smile. When we feel true love, our smile will be incomparably beautiful.

Put aside anxiety and worries, cultivate a tranquil mind, and live for the beauty of life. Then, we will have more reasons to smile and enter an unprecedented realm of smiling.
