Sincerely entrusting ourselves to the universe
In the vast universe, we are all tiny existences, and sometimes feel lonely, stressed and anxious. In order to connect with each other in a calm state of mind and realize the value of life, we need to entrust ourselves to the universe. The universe is not only the outer stars and space, but also includes the inner spiritual world. We can regard it as an omnipotent, huge and conscious entity. Sincerely entrusting ourselves to the universe means the awakening of our souls to the realization that we are part of the universe. We integrate our individual consciousness into the universe and find our inner belonging. Therefore, by listening to our inner voice and following the guidance of our consciousness, we can gain the strength, courage and wisdom, get out of the lost path of life, and realize this entrusting.
Beyond scientific research, prayer is one of the simplest and most meaningful ways we can entrust ourselves to the universe. In the process of effective prayer, we start with sensibility, through dialogue with our own hearts, and finally return to a home of rational beliefs. This home is the universe, and we can safely entrust ourselves to this eternal home. Because in the endless space and time of the universe, we not only have one life, but countless lives. And the scattered souls will also be reunited. When we pray, we need to be aware that ritual may dilute the effectiveness of prayer because it may trap us in habits and affect our sincerity. For example, some prayer ceremonies include offerings of flowers. Flowers are part of the universe, and using them as offerings would show disrespect for the universe. Moreover, offering flowers as a sign of respect is essentially a form of pleasing rather than sincerity. Therefore, the more numerous and solemn the prayer rituals, the harder it is for us to entrust ourselves to the universe through it.
The purpose of prayer is to integrate individual consciousness into the universe and realize the entrusting. This kind of prayer that respects the universe is the correct way for us to sincerely entrust ourselves to the universe.
By sincerely praying and entrusting ourselves to the universe, we can not only accept and obey life, but also have our wishes come true. When we are immersed in life, study or work and live in the moment, we can become one with the universe. Gratitude is therefore an important sign of our success in entrusting ourselves to the universe.
In such an atmosphere, we will find that life is blooming everywhere and praising the universe. We will also find that there is light everywhere, which is the illumination from the overall consciousness of the universe. We will also realize that life is a phenomenon that embodies the essence of the universe and will continue forever.
