寧靜的心跡(101) 感知真實世界

所有深刻的事物，都需要我們用心去感受，單憑的描述或解釋，往往顯得膚淺。因為有些事物無法用語言文字準確地表達，它們超越了言語的界限，需要我們透過心靈的感知去理解。

發自內心的愛也很難解釋。如果要解釋為何愛上一個人，我們可能需要時間去想一想。表面上是因為她的美貌，或者他的才華，但真正的原因反而是那些難以言喻的氣質。在有關愛的觀察中，那些難以形容的東西，都比那些容易形容的更重要。

僅憑外在條件喜歡一個人，不會產生真正的愛意，而會跟隨欲望去獲取，因為外在條件大多是短暫和固定的，可以成為追求的目標。

而氣質是比較持久和難以捉摸的東西，我們無法去追求，但能通過培養和成長而獲得。因此，若彼此欣賞對方當下的氣質，願意繼續互相培養、一起成長，愛情就會產生。

對於生活中的事務，我們只需要專心地聆聽。但對於那些有關神聖價值的事物，例如愛、自由和幸福，則需要我們親身去經歷，通過感受慢慢積聚智慧，才能發現並理解其中的規律。

物質世界與精神世界是相互聯繫的，橋樑是我們的感受。這著意味著，通過我們的感官體驗，所傳達的信息是真實的，而通過想像而獲得的感受，所傳達的信息是虛假的。我們必須通過真正的接觸和了解，才能感知他人的內心世界。

辨別我們的感受是否真實，顯得非常重要。觀察自己的內心並學會區分，我們就能走進一個真實的世界，並從中獲得更深層次的理解和連結。

All profound things require us to feel them with our hearts, merely describing or explaining them often appears superficial. Because some things cannot be accurately expressed in words, they transcend the boundaries of words, and we need to understand them through the perception of our hearts.

The love from the heart is also difficult to explain. If we want to explain why we fall in love with someone, we may need time to think about it. On the surface it was because of her beauty, or his talent, but the real reason was those indescribable temperaments. In observations about love, the indescribable is more important than the easy.

Liking someone only based on external conditions will not produce true love, but will follow desires to obtain, because external conditions are mostly short-lived and fixed, and can become the goal of pursuit.

Temperament is a relatively long-lasting and elusive thing, which we cannot pursue, but can be obtained through cultivation and growth. Therefore, if each other appreciates each other's current temperament and is willing to continue to cultivate each other and grow together, love will arise.

For matters in daily life, we only need to listen attentively. But for those things related to sacred values, such as love, freedom and happiness, we need to experience them personally, and slowly accumulate wisdom through feelings, we can discover and understand the laws.

The material world and the spiritual world are interconnected, and the bridge is our feelings. This means that the information conveyed through our sensory experience is real, while the information conveyed through imagination is false. We must engage in real contact and understanding to perceive the inner world of others.

It is very important to distinguish whether your feelings are real or not. By observing inside ourselves and learning to distinguish, we can step into a real world and gain deeper understanding and connection from it.
