寧靜的心跡(102) 從經歷獲得智慧


生活中有很多情緒和感受,但大部份都被我們忽略了,沒有認識到它的含義。這些情感深深地埋在記憶中,變成潛意識的一部份,潛移默化地影響我們的價值觀甚至讓我們產生偏見。這些被深埋在泥土中的智慧種子,仍然等待著發芽成長的機會。

回憶那些深刻的經歷,無論喜悅或悲傷、成功或失敗,這些都是培養智慧的養份。讓過去的情景重新浮現,那些埋藏在潛意識中的情感,才有機會走出黑暗,轉化成真正的智慧。

我們再次進入記憶中相同的境況,讓感受毫無抗拒地重新出現。帶著現在的意識去回憶,我們能夠清晰地觀察自己的感受,從而更容易有所領悟。當我們明白當時所發生的一切意味著甚麼,就能辨別過去的決策和行動是否明智。

不用害怕回憶,那些事情無論如何都已成為過去。如果回憶仍然攪動情緒,正說明我們在過去留下了一些心靈上的東西。那些深刻的經歷,通過當下的情緒帶來信息,知會我們回去拿走那些東西。

回想過去成功的時刻,我們可以確定自己的優勢。反思過去的痛苦和挫折,我們可以獲得經驗和教訓,通過分析那些造成錯誤的原因,改變思維和行為模式,避免將來犯同樣的錯誤。

這些或許是我們成長必須的東西。通過再次感受,我們能從回憶中得到深刻的領悟,通過感悟而接受和感激過去的一切,從而培養對他人的同理心

因此,不要迴避或忽略回憶時的感受,它會提升我們的覺知。無論回憶是開心還是傷心,我們也能從中發現生命的需要。從回憶中產生洞見並讓意識成長,就是一個讓感受轉化為智慧的過程。

The path to Tranquility (102) Gaining wisdom from experiences


There are many emotions and feelings in life, but most of them are ignored by us, without realizing their meanings. These feelings are deeply buried in memory and become part of the subconscious mind, subtly influencing our values and even making us prejudiced. These seeds of wisdom buried deep in the soil are still waiting for the opportunity to germinate and grow.

Recalling those profound experiences, whether joy or sadness, success or failure, these are the nutrients that cultivate wisdom. Allowing the past scenes to resurface, those buried feelings in the subconscious have a chance to emerge from the darkness and transform into true wisdom.

We once again enter the same situation within our memories, letting the feelings reoccur without resistance. With present awareness, we can clearly observe our feelings, making it easier to comprehend. When we understand what everything happening at that time meant, we can discern whether our past decisions and actions were wise.

Don't be afraid to recall, those things are in the past anyway.  If memories still stir emotions, it indicates that we have left some spiritual things in the past. Those profound experiences bring information through the emotions of the moment, telling us to go back and take those things.

Thinking back to moments of success in the past, we can identify our strengths. Reflecting on past pain and setbacks, we gain experience and lessons. By analyzing the causes of those mistakes, we can change our thinking and behavioral patterns to avoid making the same mistakes in the future.

By re-feeling, we can gain deep understanding from memories, and through understanding, we can accept and grateful for everything in the past, thereby cultivating empathy for others.

Therefore, do not avoid or overlook the feelings that arise during recollection, as they enhance our awareness. Whether the memories are happy or sad, we can discover the needs of the life within them. Generating insights from memories and allowing consciousness to grow is a process of transforming feelings into wisdom.
