寧靜的心跡(120) 無懼地過好每一天


如果感到沮喪或焦慮,我們就要停下來檢視自己的內心,找出哪些需求未被滿足,產生了甚麼恐懼。生活的壓力、健康問題以及情感的需要,都可能引起恐懼,但當我們有足夠的意識,就不難克服這些負面情緒。

恐懼通常是由想像引起的,我們擔心那個虛構的未來,所以有恐懼。如果試圖對抗恐懼,表示我們對恐懼也擔心,這時想像增加了,因而恐懼也跟著增加。因此不要與恐懼對抗,就如無法對抗自己的影子那樣,我們無法對抗恐懼。

接受我們的恐懼,認識到它的虛妄本質,從它所包含的訊息獲得啟示,以抵消它的負面影響。負面情緒大多與恐懼有關。若能讓恐懼成為協助自己過好每一天的工具,而非混亂的根源,我們就能更好地掌控自己的生活。

早晨醒來,我們滿懷歡喜。感激清晨的陽光,感激自己還活著,感激恐懼讓我們更有意識。專注於所做的每一件事情,用心品嘗每一餐,感激勞動帶來的成果,也感激食物對我們身體的滋養。這些感激之情都有助減輕恐懼。而在沐浴時,感激身體整天的付出,也能讓我們的心靈得到一次愉快的洗禮。

只要心懷感恩,恐懼就會減少。我們已經擁有足夠多,說明大自然在過去和現在都善待我們,因此不必擔心未來的缺乏。只要努力不懈,未來肯定會有更大的收穫。

在睡前再回顧一下當天的進步,然後在幸福中入睡。在夢中,我們看到一個更美好、更鮮活的自己,這樣明天就會變得更美好。

無懼地過好每一天,需要建立真正的自信,相信自己無須太多的物質,僅靠自己的能力就能獲得滿足。也相信我們的意識能夠保護自己的生命,並能與別人合作。當我們有這樣的信心,就不會有無謂的擔心和恐懼了。

The path to Tranquility (120) Fearlessly living well each day


If we feel depressed or anxious, we need to pause and examine our hearts to find out which needs are unmet and what fears are arising. Life stress, health issues, and emotional needs can all trigger fear, but with enough awareness, it is not difficult to overcome these negative emotions. 

Fear is usually caused by imagination, we worry about that imaginary future, so there is fear. If we try to fight fear, it means that we are also worried about fear. At this time, our imagination increases, and therefore our fear increases. So don't fight fear, just as we cannot fight our shadow, we cannot fight fear.

Accepting our fear, recognizing its illusory nature, and gaining inspiration from the messages it contains to counteract its negative impact. Negative emotions are typically related to fear. If we could turn fear into a tool to help us live well each day, rather than a chaotic source, we could better control our lives.

When we woke up in the morning, we were filled with joy. We appreciate the morning sunshine, appreciate that we are still alive, and appreciate that fear has made us more conscious. Focus on each thing we do, savoring each meal, grateful for the results of our labor, and appreciating the nourishment of our bodies from food can help reduce fear. These feelings of gratitude can help alleviate fear. When bathing, being grateful for the body's dedication all day can also give our soul a pleasant baptism.

As long as we are grateful, fear will diminish. We already have enough, showing that nature has treated us well in the past and present, so there is no need to worry about future scarcity. With unremitting work, there will definitely be greater gains in the future.

Before bedtime, review the day's progress, then fall asleep in happiness. In dreams, we see a better, more alive version of ourselves, so that tomorrow will become better.

To fearlessly live well each day, we need to establish true self-confidence, believing that we do not need too many material possessions and it can be satisfied only by our own abilities. We also believe that our consciousness can protect our own lives and cooperate with others. When we have such confidence, there will be no needless worries and fears.
