寧靜的心跡 (16) 煩惱皆因夢半醒


感到煩惱,也是我們常見的情緒。除了生活、工作、人際關係等外在因素,許多煩惱都是由我們內心的矛盾所造成。對過去的經歷理解不夠深入,也不知道為甚麼它們會發生,所以我們無法根據過去的事實來預測未來,而只能根據感覺來虛構。因此,我們意識模糊,眼前的一切都感到不真實,心裡總有一種莫名的焦慮。

動物的生活比我們簡單得多。動物憑本能而活,不會譴責自己,不會區分好壞,也不需要思考是非。因此,它們自然地存在,處於一個無意識的夢境狀態,永遠不會醒來。

然而,儘管我們既有豐富的想像力,又有比動物強的理性,但意識仍然不足。本能行為可能會受意識的抑制,而身體也可能難以應對意識想做的事情。我們常常受到情緒和習慣的束縛,以極端的方式去看待世界,導致身心分裂和內在衝突。

更糟的是,我們常常將自己的情緒和習慣誤認為真正的自己,並為這個虛假的自己而生活。這相當於為自己創造了一個夢,但這個夢卻無法完全脫離現實,導致我們處於一種半夢半醒的狀態。

正是這種混亂狀態困擾著我們。我們無法辨別哪些是夢想,哪些是現實,所以無法找到真正對生命有益的目標,也無法享受當下的美好。在這個狀態中,我們很可能會做出一些未來會後悔的決定,因為夢想與現實之間有著巨大的差異和衝突。

當煩惱出現時,最好的解決方法就是分析自己的感受和想法,並進行內在對話。有時候,我們對某些事物的態度或期望不夠明確,所以會感到煩惱。我們可以嘗試從不同的角度重新檢視自己的需要,將自己所追求的價值及目標與生命的意義結合起來。

我們也可以試著坐下來深呼吸,專注觀察自己的情緒,讓自己在生與死之間做出選擇。在生死存亡的關鍵時刻,我們才能徹底從夢中醒來,找到解決問題的方法。最讓人感到煩惱的是被迫做出重大決定。被迫從兩個互相衝突的選項之間做出選擇,會讓我們感到無助,並從夢驚醒。因此,當我們以生死作為衡量的標準,問題就迎刃而解了。

每個人的夢想和追求可能不同,但滿足只能來自真正自覺的行動。因此,如果我們能夠擺脫自我,拓展意識,為真正的自己而活,處處考慮生命的真正利益,就不會輕易陷入困境。當我們放棄追求夢想,不再強迫自己做出選擇,就能遠離煩惱,獲得真正的自由。

Troubles are all caused by half-awake dreams


Feeling troubled is also a common emotion among us. In addition to external factors such as life, work, and interpersonal relationships, many troubles are caused by our inner conflicts. We don’t understand past experiences well enough and don’t know why they happened, so we can’t predict the future based on past facts, but only fiction based on feelings. Therefore, our consciousness is blurred, everything in front of us feels unreal, and there is always an inexplicable anxiety in our hearts.

Animals' lives are much simpler than ours. Animals live by instinct and do not condemn themselves, do not differentiate between good and bad, and do not need to think about right and wrong. Therefore, they exist naturally, in an unconscious dream state, never to wake up.

However, although we have both rich imagination and stronger rationality than animals, our awareness is still insufficient. Instinctive behaviors may be inhibited by the conscious mind, and the body may have difficulty coping with what the conscious mind wants to do. We are often bound by emotions and habits to view the world in extreme ways, leading to physical and mental divisions and inner conflicts.

Even worse, we often mistake our emotions and habits for who we really are and live for this false self. This is equivalent to creating a dream for ourselves, but this dream cannot completely break away from reality, causing us to be in a state of half-dream and half-awake.

It is this state of confusion that haunts us. We can't distinguish which ones are dreams and which ones are reality, so we can't find goals that are truly beneficial to life, and we can't enjoy the beauty of the moment. In this state, we are likely to make some decisions that we will regret in the future because there is a huge difference and conflict between dreams and reality.

When troubles arise, the best solution is to analyze your feelings and thoughts and engage in inner dialogue. Sometimes our attitudes or expectations about certain things are not clear enough, so we feel troubled. We can try to re-examine our needs from different perspectives and combine the values ​​and goals we pursue with the meaning of life.

We can also try to sit down and take a deep breath, focus on observing our emotions, and let ourselves choose between life and death. At the critical moment of life and death, we can completely wake up from the dream and find a solution to the problem. The most troubling thing is being forced to make big decisions. Forced to choose between two conflicting options can leave us feeling helpless and awakened from our dreams. Therefore, when we use life and death as the standard of measurement, the problem is easily solved.

Everyone's dreams and pursuits may be different, but satisfaction can only come from truly conscious actions. Therefore, if we can get rid of ourselves, expand our consciousness, live for our true self, and consider the true interests of life everywhere, we will not easily fall into trouble. When we give up pursuing our dreams and no longer force ourselves to make choices, we can stay away from troubles and gain true freedom.
