每個人的體質和生活習慣都不同，因此有一個獨特的自我意識。從整體來看，每個人無疑都是獨一無二的。因此，我們不應該強調這種獨特，更應該積極尋找彼此的共同點。
當過度因自信而自大，或者因信心不足而自卑，我們就會特別覺得自己與別人不一樣。然而，這些感覺只是一種幻覺。我們被自我所遮蔽，無法正確地了解自己和別人。可見，覺得自己與別人不同，也是一種偏見。
因此，要消除偏見並獲得真正的理解，我們必須超越每個人的獨特性。我們的思想也必須回歸單純，不受種族、性別、宗教、國籍或文化的限制，不執著於表面的差異，沒有立場。透過了解生命，我們會發現自己與別人的相同之處遠大於差異，因為生命有共同的起源。
認識到這一點，我們就會恢復平靜和放鬆，變得像一個天真的孩子一樣。這時，我們可能很好奇自己的自我來自何處。尋找答案需要一些時間，但很快就會發現，自我只是我們靈魂的外殼。
每個靈魂都有一個外殼，所以我們看不到靈魂深處的東西，誤以為每個靈魂的核心都不同。打開外殼，超越固執，我們會發現每個靈魂都追求同一個目標，渴望永恆的存在。這時，我們也會看到，世上存在著一個可以容納無數靈魂發展的空間。
靈魂的核心是我們的意識。雖然靈魂的外殼千差萬別，但我們的真正意識卻是相同的。它們來自同一個意識整體，都帶有成長的潛力和渴望。意識影響靈魂的外在表現，吸引其他靈魂的注意力，以幫助它衝破外殼，並結合在一起。
構建未來宇宙是靈魂的使命，但只有自由連結的靈魂才能產生巨大的力量。當我們明白每個靈魂都有相同的本質，就能感受到連結的可能性，並有足夠的信心去行動。
然而，我們也應該尊重每個人的獨特性。每個人所面對的環境和際遇都不同，所以解放靈魂的方式也會不同。有了這樣的認識，我們就不會再去指責別人，而是共同努力，創造一個更自由和開放的精神環境。

The essence of the soul is the same
Everyone's physique and lifestyle habits are different, and therefore have a unique sense of self. When viewed as a whole, each person is undoubtedly unique. Therefore, we should not emphasize this uniqueness, but should actively look for common ground with each other.
When we are arrogant due to excessive self-confidence, or have low self-esteem due to insufficient confidence, we will especially feel that we are different from others. However, these feelings are just an illusion. We are obscured by our ego and cannot properly understand ourselves and others. It can be seen that feeling that oneself is different from others is also a kind of bias.
Therefore, to eliminate bias and gain true understanding, we must look beyond the uniqueness of each person. Our thoughts must also return to simplicity, without being restricted by race, gender, religion, nationality or culture, not clinging to superficial differences, and having no standpoint. By understanding life, we will find that the similarities between ourselves and others are far greater than the differences, because life has a common origin.
Recognizing this, we regain our calm and relaxation and become like an innocent child. At this point, we may be wondering where our ego comes from. The search for answers takes some time, but it soon becomes apparent that the ego is just the shell of our soul.
Each soul has a shell, so we cannot see what is deep in the soul, mistakenly thinking that the core of each soul is different. Open the shell and transcend stubbornness, and we will find that every soul pursues the same goal and longs for eternal existence. At this time, we will also see that there is a space in the world that can accommodate the development of countless souls.
The core of the soul is our consciousness. Although the shells of our souls vary widely, our true consciousness is the same. They come from the same whole body of consciousness and all carry the potential and desire for growth. Consciousness affects the soul's outward appearance, attracting the attention of other souls to help it break out of its shell and join together.
Building the future universe is the mission of the soul, but only a freely connected soul can generate tremendous power. When we understand that every soul has the same essence, we can feel the possibility of connection and have enough confidence to act.
However, we should also respect the uniqueness of each person. Everyone faces different environments and encounters, so the way to liberate the soul will also be different. With this understanding, we will no longer blame others, but work together to create a more free and open spiritual environment.
