每個人的身體和生活習慣都不同，因此形成了獨特的自我。從整體上來看，每個人都是獨特的，這毫無疑問。因此，我們不僅不需要強調這種獨特，更應該積極地尋找大家的共同之處。
當過度自信而自大，或者信心不足而自卑，我們會特別感到自己與別人不同。然而這些感覺只是一種幻象。這時我們受到自我的遮蔽，對自己和別人都不能正確地了解。因此，與別不同的感覺也是一種偏見。
要去除偏見，達到真正的了解，有必要超越每個人的獨特性。我們的思維也必須回復單純，不受種族、性別、宗教、國籍或文化的限制，不執著於表面的差異，並且沒有立場。透過了解生命，我們會發現自己與別人的相同之處遠大於差異，因為生命有著共同的起源。
領悟到這一點，我們就會恢復平靜和放鬆，變得像一個天真的孩子。這時，我們或許很好奇自己的自我來自何處，這可能需要一些時間去尋找答案。但我們會立即發現，那個獨特的自我無法代表我們自己，它更像是我們靈魂的外殼。
正因為每個人的靈魂都帶著一個外殼，所以我們看不到自己或別人內心深處的東西，而錯覺大家身上所有的東西都獨一無二。當我們超越固執的自我，打開外殼，就會發現每個靈魂都一樣，追求著一個相同的目標，希望延伸到永恆。這時候，我們也許會看到一個無盡的空間，可以容納無數靈魂的發展。
真正的靈魂是我們的意識。雖然我們的外殼千差萬別，但我們的真正意識仍然是相同的，因為它們來自同一個意識整體，都帶著成長的潛力和渴望。這就是靈魂的本質，它透過影響我們的外在表現，促使我們關注它，幫助它從外殼中走出來，連結在一起。
因為我們肩負著建設宇宙的使命，所以必須連結，以求產生強大的力量。而解放我們的靈魂，是達致連結的必經之路。當我們了解到每個靈魂都一樣，就能感知連結的可能性，並有足夠的信心去行動。
雖然每個人的內心深處都一樣，但我們也應該尊重每個人的獨特性。每個人都有不同的經歷，發展出來的自我也不同，因此解放靈魂的方式和方法也會有分別。基於這種了解，我們不僅停止指責別人，更會與別人攜手，創造更自由開放的精神環境。

Our souls are all the same
Everyone's body and lifestyle habits are different, which creates a unique ego. Everyone is unique when viewed as a whole, there is no doubt about it. Therefore, we should not only not emphasize this uniqueness, but actively seek out commonalities among us.
When we are overly confident and arrogant, or lack confidence and feel inferior, we will especially feel different from others. But these feelings are just an illusion. At this time, we are obscured by our ego, and cannot have a correct understanding of ourselves and others, so the feeling of being different is also a bias.
To eliminate bias and achieve true understanding, it is necessary to transcend each person's uniqueness. Our thinking must also return to simplicity, without being restricted by race, gender, religion, nationality or culture, not clinging to superficial differences, and having no standpoint. By understanding life, we will find that the similarities between ourselves and others are far greater than the differences, because life has a common origin.
Realizing this, we will regain calmness and relaxation, becoming like an innocent child. At this point, we may be curious about where our ego comes from, which may take some time to find the answer. But we will immediately discover that that unique ego cannot represent ourselves, it is more like the shell of our soul.
Precisely because everyone's soul carries a shell, we cannot see what is deep inside ourselves or others, and have the illusion that everything in everyone is unique. When we transcend our stubborn egos and open our shells, we will discover that every soul is the same, pursuing the same goal, hoping to extend into eternity. At this time, we may see an endless space that can accommodate the development of countless souls.
The true soul is our consciousness. Although our shells are vastly different, our true consciousness is still the same because they come from the same whole consciousness, carrying the potential and desire for growth. This is the essence of the soul, which influences our external expressions, prompting us to pay attention to it, helping it to emerge from the shell and connect together.
Because we have the mission of building the new universe, we must connect to generate powerful forces. And freeing our souls is the necessary path to achieve connection. When we understand that every soul is the same, we can perceive the possibility of connection and have enough confidence to act.
Although everyone's innermost being is the same, we should also respect everyone's uniqueness. Everyone has different experiences, develops different egos, and therefore, the way and method of freeing the soul will also differ. Based on this understanding, we not only stop blaming others, but also work together with others to create a more free and open spiritual environment.
